Comprehensive home renovation in Pórtico Verd

In this project a comprehensive home renovation, comprehensively addressing both the interior and exterior spaces. The intervention included the complete renovation of the facilities of the home, ensuring its compliance with current technical standards in terms of energy efficiency, comfort and safety.

One of the highlights of the reform has been the complete renovation of the bathrooms, which have been redesigned from the ground up with a contemporary aesthetic, high-quality materials, and detailed workmanship. Sinks have been custom made in Zarci Grey Natural Stone, which provides a distinctive note of sophistication, chromatic harmony and durability to the whole space.

The entire house has been renovated. ceilings and walls, taking care of both aesthetics and thermal and acoustic insulation. A modern underfloor heating system, efficiently optimizing the thermal comfort of the home. For the interior flooring, a continuous cladding of Zarci Grey Natural Stone, a choice that not only provides elegance, but also visual coherence and a noble and timeless texture.

As for the outdoor areas, the reform of the terrace attached to the living room and of the upper terrace with sea viewsIn the latter, a has been incorporated new access staircase, designed to blend harmoniously into the architectural ensemble.
