The Service does not use automated individual decision-making.

7.3.1.- In emails and contact forms

The website uses TLS encryption, allowing users to securely submit their personal data via standard contact forms.

The personal data collected will be processed automatically and incorporated into the corresponding activity log files owned by the Service.

In that sense:

  • We will receive your IP address, which will be used to verify the origin of the message in order to offer you appropriate recommendations (e.g., presenting information in the correct language) and to detect potential irregularities (e.g., potential cyberattack attempts on the Service), as well as data related to your ISP.
  • You can also provide us with your information via email.

7.3.2.- On social networks

We have profiles on some of the major social networks on the Internet, and the Service is responsible for the processing of data published on them (for example, photos uploaded by the Service that include people's faces).

This data will be processed in accordance with the social network's permissions for corporate profiles. Therefore, we may, where not prohibited by law, inform our followers about their activities or offers by any means permitted by the social network, as well as provide personalized customer service.

Under no circumstances do we extract data from social networks unless the user has given their express and specific consent to do so.

When, due to the very nature of social media, exercising your rights depends on modifying your profile, we will assist and advise you to the best of our ability.

7.3.3.- In job offers

The Service will only consider job or internship applications submitted by candidates through the means indicated on the corresponding page or through those provided in the employment and internship areas on websites where we have posted a specific job offer.

The rest of the applications will be rejected.

The applicant authorizes us to analyze the documents they submit, all content directly accessible through search engines, the profiles they maintain on professional social networks, the data obtained in the entrance exams, and the information they reveal in the job interview, with the aim of evaluating their candidacy and, if applicable, offering them a position.

7.4.- Data retention

The following indicates how long the data processed by the Service is retained:

  • Disaggregated data will be retained without a deletion period.
    • Customer data will be kept for the minimum period necessary, and may be kept for up to:
    • 5 years, according to article 1964 of the Civil Code (personal actions without a special period).
    • 6 years, according to Article 30 of the Commercial Code (accounting books or invoices, for example).
    • If the candidate is not selected, the data of job applicants will be retained for a maximum of two years for inclusion in future job openings, if the candidate consents.

If we believe it is reasonably necessary to comply with any law, legal process, or legitimate interest. In any case, we will only provide the information strictly required.

9.- Responsibility

To the extent permitted by law, the Service is not responsible for: a) errors or omissions in the content; b) the unavailability of the website; or c) the transmission of malicious programs in the content, despite having adopted all reasonable technological measures to prevent it.

10.- Modifications

The Service reserves the right to make any changes it deems appropriate to its website without prior notice, including changing, deleting, or adding content and services provided through the website, as well as the way in which they are presented.

Furthermore, these terms and conditions may change at any time. Changes will take effect upon publication.

11.- Cookies

Please see our Cookie Policy to learn how we use cookies.
